Quality Assurance Program

Ausley is an International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001-audited and -certified veteran-owned small business (initial certification received July 31, 2012). We insist on quality and in creating value for our customers; strive to be the customer’s trusted agent and to deliver remarkable results by providing Ausley expertise in every endeavor; commit to understand, meet and, when possible, exceed our customers’ requirements and expectations through the continuous improvement of our processes; and are dedicated to delivering our services on time at the most competitive cost possible.

Quality management—the ability to monitor and maximize quality—includes the processes required to ensure project results will satisfy customer requirements. Ausley will continue to make quality an integral part of the overall process rather than a stand-alone step. We understand that documented processes within a structured framework yield repeatable results—repeatable results that can be monitored, measured and enhanced when necessary. As a result, key business processes are enhanced and continuously improved.

Ausley’s Quality Management System (QMS) is designed to ensure our services are subject to adequate quality control to ensure customer satisfaction. Ausley has established, documented, implemented and maintains a QMS and continually improves its effectiveness in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001.

The Ausley QMS:

  • determines the processes needed for the quality management system and their application throughout the organization,
  • determines the sequence and interaction of these processes,
  • determines criteria and methods needed to ensure both the operation and control of these processes are effective,
  • ensures the availability of resources and information necessary to support the operation and monitoring of these processes,
  • monitors, measures, where applicable, and analyzes these processes, and
  • implements actions necessary to achieve planned results and continual improvement of these processes.

Ausley applies quality management as a means to an end—to improve customer satisfaction by understanding and managing project activities so customer expectations are met. Preventing failures before they occur is far more cost effective than correcting failures. Quality is integral to the project planning process.
