Ausley recently announced its International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2008-audited and -certified Quality Management System (QMS). The scope of the Ausley QMS registration includes outsourcing solutions, business consulting solutions, program and acquisition management services, system engineering services and logistics services as related to unmanned aircraft systems and aviation systems, advanced program development and special programs for government and commercial industries.
Ausley’s ISO-9001:2008 QMS is the foundation of the company’s business practices—it ensures customer expectations are met with the highest quality products and services, both on time and within budget. It prevents discrepancies from occurring and is enforced with positive corrective action when necessary.
“Ausley was determined to become certified using ISO standards because we understand how important quality is in regard to our products and services and, most importantly, in our relationships with our government customers,” said Vice President of Business Process Engineering Jackie Marsteller. “Under our newly structured framework, we are better able to monitor, measure and control the results of our business practices, thus allowing us to prevent failures and continuously improve.”
As a veteran owned small business, Ausley strives to exceed customer requirements and expectations through the continuous improvement of processes. Quality management is integral to Ausley’s growth as the company expands its products, services, customers and footprint across the nation.
